This leaf snake craft is so easy to make. I didn’t think I could write much about it but really, that’s what we all want isn’t it — beautiful and simple activities we can do with our kids?
I actively try to teach my kids to love snakes. Yes, in Australia, we have snakes that are quite dangerous but rather than scare the life out of my kids -as many parents do – I taught them snake safety in a fun and playful way and then we found eight ways to appreciate snakes.
We’re fond of snakes and this leaf snake craft is just another simple way to build snake appreciation.

How to make your leaf snake

It’s wonderful that my girls appreciate snakes. It’s so important for kids to appreciate all animals, even the ones that can be dangerous.
